Do I have to use EQ Solutions Foaming Tool?
You can use other foaming tools, but we highly recommend using the EQ Foaming Tool since all our products have been tested with this tool. In addition, our foaming tool is calibrated to dilute each EQ solution product at the proper level.
Can I refill my 32oz bottle that has a foamer on it?
Though designed to be used on the go while traveling many people do refill and use their 32oz bottles. However we suggest you purchase a EQ Foaming Tool. You will find by using the Foaming Tool you will save time and money. The quick release mechanism allows you to foam, rinse, and refoam Easy & Quickly!
Does the foaming tool require cleaning?
If using the same foaming tool for many of EQ Solutions products we suggest you clean out the container thoroughly before changing from one product to the next.
I love your product, but my foaming tool does not seem to be foaming anymore, what can I do?
Over time, the foaming tool can become blocked due to mineral deposits and/or product sitting in the foamer for an extending time period. EQ Solutions foaming tool has no moving parts, so the tool must have some sort of blockage in either the strainer at the end of the draw tube, the draw tube, or the screen on the end of the nozzle that is attached to your water source. The other area that can become blocked is the air holes on the black lid. All items need to be back flushed, or soaked in a warm water and vinegar mixture overnight.
My foaming tool is leaking water, is there anything I can do?
At the connection point between the black top and the quick coupler you will find a small "O" ring. These can become worn out or damaged. You can purchase replacements for this part at most auto shops for less than 50 cents.
How much product should I put in the foaming tool container?
You will use approximately 2 oz. of product per wash. You can fill the foamer to any level you wish. Any left over solution can be either poured back into the original container or left in the foaming tool if used on a regular basis (i.e., once a week).
